2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 8-ounce cartons lemon yogurt
10 gingersnaps, crumbled
In 4 parfait glasses or wineglasses, put ½ cup berries, followed by ½ cup yogurt, then crumbled gingersnaps.
