Ordinary Monday

Hey everyone!

Today was a busy, but unexciting day of paperwork and “catching up” at work. I stopped for a roast beef on honey oat with all the veggies + Sun chips at Subway for lunch….

This afternoon was a great boot camp class, courtesy Chad….great workout.

Dinner was as planned – whole wheat spaghetti with homemade meatballs and marinara, garlic bread with pesto, and salad.

I am going to try to get into bed early tonight- I teach a  6 am sculpt class tomorrow which means a 5:05 am alarm clock!

Have a good evening!

  4. Yummy dinner! I just ate a Subway SW for dinner!

  5. I always say no to the chips, but I love them. Looks delicious actually lol. I love their honey oat bread. I could eat it plain.

Hope all is well with you!

I loooove sun chips!! The harvest cheddar is the best 🙂

and of course, love subway… although we eat there quite a bit now that my 3 year old is obsessed with her “turkey and cheese” sandwich – which is code for she wants subway 🙂

  7. Lovely food. I especially like your salad – I just love, love, love tomatoes, red onions & feta (?).

  8. Hi Angie! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog earlier today! I love your blog, and I would love to pick your brain sometime about being an RD! I’m still about a year away from finishing school, and then I have to do the whole internship thing.
