Breakfast this morning was a yummy and filling combo of a multi-grain English muffin with crunchy almond butter, banana, and raspberry preserves…simple and deelish!
I didn’t do too well going to sleep early last night! I was awake till probably 11:30 – not good when my alarm goes off at 6:00 every day. I really feel better with about 8 full hours of sleep. Maybe I’m just kidding myself, but I feel like I really have a renewed burst of energy late at night and I just can’t get sleepy until 11 or 11:30 – Maybe it is just procrastinating!! That is definitely my tendency in life!
Do you have tricks you use to make sure you get a good night’s sleep??
