- Kashi Honey Sunshine
- Special K with chocolate
- 1/2 banana + raspberries
- spoonful crunchy almond butter
- 1% milk
Plus, Green Mountain Sumatra with cream- delicious!
A few of you have asked about adding almond butter to cereal. I add it because it tastes good, but also because it adds some healthy fat and protein to an otherwise carb-focused breakfast of cereal. I find that adding a little almond butter keeps me full longer and keeps my energy levels more steady through the morning. And, it doesn’t dissolve…I stir it in and have nice little almond butter pieces throughout the bowl.
Some have asked about the herb garden that shows up in some of my photos…It is by Aerogrow and we love it! Right now, we’re growing 2 kinds of basil, parsley, oregano, and cilantro. It shows up in my photos a lot because the light from the herb garden seems to be good photography light.
