I LOVE Buffalo wings! I don’t eat the real things that often, but I do from time to time, and I savor every bite!
Tonight we had a healthier version- skinless boneless chicken tenders baked in buffalo sauce with roasted broccoli and a baked sweet potato….yum! And some blue cheese for dipping!
After dinner, we headed to our newlywed group….after a good discussion on “Talk that Builds Relationships”…we had dessert- delicious strawberry shortcake made with this yummy ginger pound cake that I found at Earthfare, fresh strawberries, and vanilla bean ice cream….along with Tom and Anita’s special coffee – delish!
It has been a long day- I think we’re heading to bed early with plans for an early wake-up call to go to the gym.
