Happy Tuesday morning! I slept so well last night…
I have an early morning at work so breakfast is simple and fast today….Kashi Honey Sunshine with banana and my trusty hazelnut coffee.
Since there’s little protein in breakfast, I know I’ll be hungry in a couple of hours, so I’m packing a fage yogurt and a Trader Joe’s 5 seed almond bar for a morning snack.
