Dinner and a Walk

Tonight’s inspiration for dinner…Trader Joe’s Thai Yellow Curry Sauce…

I had never tried this before and it was so good! I added the sauce to sauteed chicken breast tenders, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms, and served it over brown rice with naan on the side…delicious and quick and easy!

After dinner – and one Seinfeld episode (I hadn’t seen it in so long! It was awesome! Do you remember the episode where George parks in the handicapped spot and the lady in the wheelchair gets injured?? Priceless…) – Anthony and I went to a nearby park for a walk.

The trail goes around this beautiful lake…love the view. We ended up walking for about 40 minutes.

Now, we’re home and I’m looking forward to a shower and a good night of sleep.

Hope you’ve had a great Thursday. Goodnight!
