Good morning!! My alarm went off at 5:05 this morning…I am SO not a morning person!!
But, once I get awake and moving, I’m usually good….I taught Sculpt at 6 am- it is amazing how I’m able to turn the energy on when I have a room full of participants ready for a hard workout! My friend Tammye says, “Fake it till you make it”…and that was me this morning! I really haven’t gotten enough sleep for the last 3 nights…and sleep is so important – so tonight I am going to really focus on bed at a decent time. I believe that sufficient sleep is right up there in importance with eating well and exercising in relation to health and wellness.
After a great full-body strength workout, breakfast was my new favorite combo:
- Special K with chocolate
- Kashi Honey Sunshine
- spoonful of almond butter
- fresh strawberries
This breakfast is so good! And a cup of Caribou coffee….delicious!
