Drive-in Movie and Yummy Breakfast

Anthony and I traveled back in time a bit last night as we went to a drive-in movie for the first time – so fun! We brought our lawn chairs and settled in for the show….

It was so fun! I loved trying something different. We had a great time…We watched Ghosts of Girlfriends Past….cute movie. The 2nd showing (which is included in the admission price) was Terminator, which I would love to see…but it wasn’t starting until 11:3o and Anthony and I were both so tired from our long day, and we weren’t up for staying up till 2 am last night! We still didn’t get home until midnight and we were so happy to crawl into bed.

This morning, I tried my cereal combo from a couple of days ago again. This is Kashi Honey Sunshine with Special K with Chocolate and Almond butter….delicious!

Have a great Sunday!

  1. That’s so nice-reminds me of the days when hubby and I would go to the movies!!
The last weekend we took our 2yr old for his first movie in a theater(our first after he was born). We watched Monsters Vs Aliens and guess what-we had a private screening just for the 3 of us 😉 He was quite well-behaved,so we’re planning to go again 🙂

  2. That movie looks like so much fun! I’m glad you had a good time. I’ve never been to a drive-in move before.

  3. Your bowl looks awesome with the nutbutter! I really have to try that soon!

  4. Hi Angie,
I through couples were suppose to sit in the cars and neck when their at the drive-thrus, not actually watch the movies! Or, maybe I just watched too many episodes of Happy Days as a child….

  5. A drive-in movie sounds like fun! There used to be a drive-in movie theater around here, but by the time I decided I should go several years ago, it had closed down… 😦
