Start the week right

Good morning! I was up bright and early when my alarm went off at 5:05 am…I am not great at getting up that early, but I had no choice this morning…I had to teach sculpt at 6 am…so after hitting snooze once (or twice) I jumped out of bed, got dressed and headed to the gym. Once I’m at the gym, I’m usually happy to be up….And, I’d love to go the gym early more often…but I have to learn to get myself into bed earlier the night before!

I had a great class and came home to shower and get ready for work…and to have this yummy bowl of oats: oats, milk, banana, dark chocolate chips, almond butter, and strawberries…delicious! And cup #2 of hazelnut with cream.


 Back to the normal work routine….Have a great day!

  4. I love getting a good workout in early, especially if you’re teaching you have to work extra hard! I like to do a spin class on Fridays at 6am. It’s my big yay for the weekend, and being Friday it gets my butt up and going 🙂


  5. I love working out first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, I am teaching an early morning (non exercise) class right now, so my workouts have to wait until later in the day… 😦
