Weekend Warrior class was so fun! A really great way to start the day…just before class was to start at 9:00, a little rain started, but within a few minutes, the rain stopped and it was clear sailing for the entire class! Man, was it humid and steamy though!
We met at the gym where Tammye trains and teaches and walked on the greenway over to a great park area….beautiful…
There is also a great stage area that Tammye put to good use. This was pushups with side planks.
And, some jumping rope!
Back to the stage for some medicine ball passes…
We did more running drills, running stairs, squats, medicine ball drills, ladder drills, band exercises….and too many more to name! After about an hour and a half, we headed back into the gym to finish with some Pilates and stretching.

Afterwards, I had a yummy homemade protein bar and some nuts…and, of course, lots of water all day.

I came home and my sweet husband had cleaned the whole house…he is so good! Quick lunch – I had this Kashi frozen dinner that I got for free with a coupon….(not usually a huge fan of frozen dinners, but I needed something quick and this was in the freezer).
It was pretty good. I would definitely pick up a few more of these just to have around for a quick meal in a pinch.
Now- I am hitting the shower and doing some grocery shopping. Have a great Saturday!
