Do you ever find yourself just rushing through your day? Sometimes I feel like I am always in a hurry, and I really need to remind myself to slow down.
I noticed it this morning as I got up early to do Morning Flow from Yoga Download…I found myself glancing at the clock to see how much time was left because I knew I had to hurry to eat breakfast and get ready for work….that got my attention that I need to focus more on slowing down….I don’t want to live my life rushing through everything!
Yoga was great though, especially as I tried to focus on the poses and breathing and not think about time. Then I had a delicious breakfast – multi-grain English muffin with almond butter and blueberry preserves and my favorite hazelnut coffee with cream…
