Wow- what a non-stop day so far….I’ve barely had a chance to stop to eat…but, don’t worry, I always find a way to make time for food!
Morning snack: Fage 2% with blueberry preserves…

Then, a late lunch of leftover grilled chicken salad with a drizzle of buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing…yum! (I hate to waste food, so I try to use up leftovers when I can.)
