yoga, then breakfast

Good morning!

I started today, after slowly rolling out of bed…with a 20-minute hip-opening flow class from Yoga Download. I hadn’t done this class before and I loved it!

Breakfast was a simple multi-grain English muffin (with 8 grams of fiber) with crunchy almond butter, pumpkin butter, and blueberry preserves…as I watched a quick segment on the Today show about eating more fiber….and my trusty cup of hazelnut with cream.

I hadn’t tried crunchy almond butter before, and I really liked it for some variety.

I’m off to get ready for church- I actually slept too late to make it to the service we would normally attend, but I am scheduled to volunteer in the toddlers room during the later service, so wish me luck – I have about 1 1/2 hours to spend with about 15  1-year olds!
