Happy 4-week blogging anniversary…

To me!

4 weeks ago today, I decided to start my blog- and I’ve learned so much and had a lot of fun in the last 4 weeks! It has been so much fun getting to correspond with all of you and share food ideas! I can’t wait to continue to learn more.

Today started out a little crazy- I had an early meeting so I was running late for work and my breakfast was a Kashi dark chocolate coconut bar and hazelnut with cream…on the run….

Which, really isn’t enough breakfast…so, over the course of the morning, I snacked on a banana and an apple while I was working.

Then, for lunch, I had a grilled chicken caesar salad from our hospital cafe…they make them to order on Fridays (with homemade croutons) and it was delicious!

I hope to get a walk/jog in this afternoon and then we’re going to dinner with Anthony’s parents. Guess what they suggested?? Mexican- which I love, but I’ve already had twice in the last week, so I’m going to have to make good choices!

By the way, check out Food2.com for their Food2 Freebie Friday contest….just found this website and it seems to have lots of great foodie info and free stuff on Fridays.

Have a great afternoon!
