Just taking a quick break in the middle of my busy day.
This morning, I had a smoothie and, a little later, some watermelon at my desk at work.
Then, I had a chance to take a little break, so I went home for my lunch….
Tuna salad on double fiber bread, and salad left over from last night.
Then, I was really craving chocolate, and these jumped out of my cabinet and into my hand…
Now, back to work for boot camp, manager-on-duty shift, and weight loss class.
