It has been a long day and I can’t wait to get in bed tonight!
Boot camp was great – we did squat jumps side to side over a step, plyo-pushups, plyo-lunges, tricep dips, jump rope, high jumps, rows, dumbell swings, hammer curls, Turkish get-ups, planks, bicycle crunches, and relay sprints….whew! Then, we did a 1-2 mile walk with our weight loss class (some walked shorter, some walked longer, depending on their fitness level).
So, when I left work, I was starving and had this Kashi bar on my drive home.
When I got home, I had a handful of these big, juicy blackberries.
Dinner was inspired by Buitoni’s whole wheat ravioli.
With marinara sauce with sauteed chicken tenders and garlic bread with a little pesto.
Now, my bed is calling my name…see you tomorrow.
