I’ve been having too much fun doing yoga in the mornings. This morning, I did Morning Flow #1. Loved it! But, I’m not planning my time correctly, so I’m running a little late now.
Quick breakfast on the run…I’m headed back to the last day of our conference, and hopefully, we will have another yummy breakfast there like yesterday…so, I’m taking coffee and a Kashi dark chocolate coconut bar as my “morning snack”…
Our main session today is being presented by one of my friends and former co-workers, who is a college professor now. The topic is “Diabesity”. I’ll share more about it later.
