Yoga for breakfast

So- I’m not really a yoga person….I mean, I’ve taken yoga classes many times in the past, and I’ve always enjoyed them – but I’ve never gotten into it seriously…..but, yesterday, Kath mentioned a special Earth Day discount at Yoga Downloads – so I was intrigued.

This morning, I decided to check it out- I did a free 20-minute class and I loved it! I will definitely be back for more….especially with the discount! It was really a great way to start the morning, both physically and mentally. I didn’t have time to browse through all the classes this morning, but I’ll check them out tonight when I have more time.

If you use Yoga Download, are there any classes that you love that you would recommend?

I was in the mood for something cold this morning- so I had Kashi U. I like that this cereal has 7 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein per serving….and it tastes good!

  3. I find yoga is one of those things where people’s preferences can be so different. The great thing about yoga downloads is you can try out a lot of the shorter classes for free to find out what you like. I will say that I do really like Jackie Casal’s Gentle Hatha classes; I find her cues very easy to follow and the classes are very relaxing.
