Since I read Kath’s breakfast post yesterday, I’ve been wanting to try PB2 in my cereal. I’ve had a jar of PB2 sitting in my cabinet for over a month- I tasted it a couple of times, but didn’t love the texture so it has just been sitting there…but PB2 in cereal? What a great idea!

So, what goes better with PB than chocolate?
I poured about 1/2 cup milk into the bowl, stirred in a big spoonful of PB2, and added my Special K with chocolate….the verdict? Pretty good! Great combo along with the hazelnut coffee…not my favorite breakfast ever…but overall a pretty good breakfast.
