Saturday night in Music City

We had have such a great afternoon and evening.

First – a trip to Trader Joe’s….there isn’t one in Knoxville, and I’ve heard so much about it in the blogging world – we had to check it out.

I absolutely loved it. We browsed and looked at everything…Such great options and great prices – I see frequent trips to Nashville in our future. I decided to come home with a few staples I had to try.

Pumpkin butter (I’m so excited to try this), almond butter, and organic blueberry preserves.

We also got some brie and pesto that we are going to have with dinner, some tempeh, and I wanted to try Trader Joe’s greek yogurt.

When we got back to Michael’s place, we spent some time out on the patio playing Apples to Apples – a great, fun game….

Then, a little Wii bowling…this was the score from the first game…

In the next game, Anthony beat us all (199 points)!

Michael and Brian planned such a nice dinner for us. Check out this great fresh tuna.

And the beginning of our beautiful grilled veggies.

If you’ve never had brie and pesto – try it on crusty french bread- DELICIOUS!

A great bottle of Leaping Horse Cabernet.

The final product: grilled tuna, medium rare, barbeque chicken, macaroni salad, grilled veggies, and baked potato. Everything was delicious and Michael and Brian were so hospitable.

I’m so happy for Michael – love the new condo and he has been a great host.

Now, maybe a few more games, some Trader Joe’s no pudge brownies (made by Brian)…and then off to bed. Have a great night and Happy Easter tomorrow!
