Early to bed and early to rise

Not really. I wish though!

I am so not a morning person. My energy is highest at about 10 pm. But, that means I usually stay up too late, and sleep too late in the mornings… which results in a crazy, stressed-out rush to get out the door. So, the last couple of nights, Anthony and I have been trying to go to bed a little earlier and get up earlier. Today, it worked- I got up a little after six and we even had time to eat breakfast together.

First, coffee. Hazelnut with cream…love the Keurig.


Breakfast: one egg scrambled (Eggland’s Best), whole-grain English muffin (8 grams of fiber) and coffee.


Now, I’m working on my grocery list…


Normally, we go grocery shopping on Saturday or Sunday, but we’re going to visit my friend Michael in Nashville this weekend, so I’m going to try to get our grocery shopping done this evening.

      Isn’t the hazelnut great? I’ve only had the Keurig for about 6 months, but I am totally in love with it! I’m very new to blogging, so I’m really enjoying getting to check out other blogs and I really enjoyed yours. Have a great day!
