So, I teach people every day how to plan ahead for meals in order to have healthier options available. Well today, I definitely didn’t take my own advice. I was in a rush this morning and I ran out the door without packing a lunch. So, lunch ended up being something I could find in my hospital cafe (I work in both a hospital and a hospital-based wellness center setting).
Grilled cheese on wheat with tomato and lettuce, yogurt, and water.
