Looks like the weather will be great here again for most of the day. Today’s agenda is chuch and relaxation and maybe a walk/jog at the park later on….

Kashi U with Fage greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey….
I like the Kashi cereals because they have a good amount of fiber. This one has 7 grams of fiber per cup, and 5 grams of protein. And, if you haven’t tried greek yogurt, you really should…15 grams of protein and only 90 calories in the Fage 0%. I usually prefer 2% Fage, but the 0% is all that Target had yesterday. But, overall, greek yogurt is such a good source of protein!
